1
A temporal artery biopsy is performed to diagnose giant cell arteritis (GCA), an inflammatory condition of the blood vessels that can lead to serious complications such as vision loss. This procedure helps confirm the diagnosis, allowing for appropriate treatment to prevent further issues.
3
Most lipomas are asymptomatic, meaning they do not cause any symptoms other than the presence of a lump. However, in some cases, a lipoma may cause discomfort if it presses against nerves or contains many blood vessels. Diagnosis typically involves a physical examination, and in some cases, imaging tests such as ultrasound, MRI, or CT scans may be used to confirm the diagnosis and rule out other conditions.
2
A sebaceous cyst is a small, non-cancerous bump beneath the skin. It forms when the sebaceous gland, which produces oil (sebum) that lubricates hair and skin, becomes blocked. This blockage leads to the accumulation of sebum and the formation of a cyst. Sebaceous cysts are typically slow-growing and can appear on any part of the body, but they are most commonly found on the face, neck, and torso.

Skin cancer removal
Skin cancer is caused by abnormal growth of skin cells, often due to sun exposure. There are three main types: basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, and melanoma. Surgical removal is offered at the clinic.
